I live for Fridays. Saturdays are my only full day off so I really look forward to Fridays. Today was a mad house because our cook did not come in this morning. She was in the hospital and she's expecting so I can understand why she did not come in but it was hell. Since we did not have a cook and I am the only driver there that is willing to cook and do all that other good stuff who do you think got stuck doing it? Yeah that's right it was me. I guess it was ok it would have been better if it was not Friday though and rainy today. Made us a little busy. My manager did try to make up for it though by buying me lunch today which was really nice of him. I tell you some days I get so frustrated with the other people I work with. I just do not understand why other drivers can not cook. Its not that hard. Its pizza making it is not gourmet. Throw some friggen toppings on (well try to make them the right toppings) and throw it in the oven I mean that's all there is to it. What are you going to do? You can not make people do something they do not want to do. We even have a few drivers that will not take phone orders. I guess they think that the title is driver that is all they are supposed to do. Whatever! I will work my ass off for nothing.
