Sleeping
I think that I may have a touch of insomnia. I have not been able to sleep more then 3 to 4 hours for like the past week now. I mean even when I am home and getting ready for bed I can not seem to fall asleep. I do everything that I normally would do to try and help me sleep and nothing seems to work. It's getting harder and harder as the days go by to function without a huge amount of caffeine and nicotine. Which sucks cuz I had been cutting down on the smoking intending to try and quite again. I think that maybe I just have way to much going on in my life right now and I am not able to shut my mind off at a decent hour. Maybe I should try some herbal tea or something. That was the one thing that my manager suggested when I told her. She herself has a lot of trouble sleeping. Her problem is that she can fall asleep but then wakes up a few hours later. I think that my by more frustrating that not being able to fall asleep. On well what are you going to do right? I mean we sleep enough when we die or so I have heard.

ya gotta set up a routine and stick to it got to bed at the same time,sleep the same number of hours and get up at the same time.

hey its a family thing your mom has had this problem and so do i (char)its hard to turn off the brain if ya figure it out let me know cause i am still struggling with it.

Hi--- try some boring classical music or read a dull book.or wrighting in the blog more off to get rid of the stress,or make a list of things to do...S
